Job summary

Lemco Precision Group seeks an experienced CNC Set-Up/Programmer to join our Redlands area team. You will program and set up Swiss-type Star CNC machines, read mechanical blueprints, and coordinate production to meet tight tolerances.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of CNC setup experience, read and follow work instructions, and understand ISO quality policies. This role offers a stable, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have setup and programming CNC experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
• Familiarity with ISO quality policies and documentation.
• Experience with G-code programming and tool parameters.

Responsibilities

• Set up Star CNC Machines (Swiss Type) and manufacturing cells to meet timelines.
• Document setups and train others on proper setup and operation.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure production meets deadlines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the production process and maintain quality standards.
