Krueger Bearings, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate high-precision CNC centers. You will produce precision components, verify programs, and inspect parts with precision instruments, collaborating with engineers to optimize performance.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating complex CNC machining centers.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up, operate, and program CNC machining centers.
• Produce complex precision-machined components from setup through final operation.
• Set tooling, establish work offsets, verify programs, and make machining adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts throughout the machining process using precision measuring equipment.
• Monitor cutting conditions and optimize machining performance.
• Machine a variety of materials, including specialty and exotic alloys.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain equipment and keep an organized, safe work area.
• Collaborate with Programmers, Engineers, and Production to ensure quality and efficiency.
