3B Filters in Oak Lawn is seeking an experienced Sr. CNC setup machinist to join their production team. The role involves reviewing manufacturing prints, programming G-Code, and setting up CNC machines while ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience with CNC horizontal mills and lathes, proficiency in G-Code, and be reliable. This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with potential overtime available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, setting up, and running CNC machines.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs and inspect small components.

Responsibilities

• Review detailed manufacturing prints.
• Create/edit G-Code at the machine.
• Setup jobs with programming and fixturing.
• Run the machine, checking for errors.
• Inspect parts for adherence to dimensions.
