Acloché LLC is seeking a Senior CNC Setup Machinist for a leading aerospace/defense manufacturer in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This 1st shift, direct-hire role covers independent setups on HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers, including on-the-fly G-code edits and precision inspections.

You will partner with engineering on DFMs, mentor operators, and help drive lean manufacturing initiatives in a climate-controlled facility with modern equipment.

Formación

• 3+ years of independent CNC setup on HMC/VMC mills or multi-axis lathes.
• Experience editing G-code at the controller.
• Close-tolerance machining in Aerospace/Defense/Medical Device environments preferred.
• Daily commuting radius to Greater Green Bay, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex setups on CNC HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers.
• Edit G-code and macro variables at the controller to optimize tool paths.
• Perform first-article inspections with micrometers and calipers to verify tight tolerances.
• Mentor junior operators and collaborate with engineering on DFMs and lean initiatives.
• Support engineering in tool-path optimization and production-ready processes.
