Qualifications

• Direct experience editing G-code at the controller.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required due to ITAR; reside within daily commuting radius of Greater Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex setups on CNC HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers.
• Edit G-code and macros at the controller to optimize tool paths.
• Perform first-article inspections with precision instruments.
• Maximize cell throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Mentor junior operators and support floor leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering on tool-path optimization and DFM reviews.
