Tri-Mack Plastics Manufacturing in Bristol, Rhode Island, seeks a skilled CNC Machinist Level 3 / Set-Up Technician (2nd Shift) to operate and set up high-precision parts on multiple CNC platforms. You will troubleshoot during production runs, support tool changes, and help improve processes.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on CNC milling and/or lathes machines is required.
• Experience in CNC machine set-up and/or program edits is required.
• Solid understanding of blueprints and GD&T is required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines to specifications and maintain tight tolerances.
• Train coworkers on CNC operations and measurement techniques.
• Identify loading techniques and monitor critical dimensions.
• Change tools/ Inserts and verify part conformance; communicate wear rates.
• Perform offsets, alignments and machine verifications during production.
