Job summary

SIG SAUER Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled CNC Service Technician III to maintain, repair, and optimize CNC equipment across the manufacturing floor.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, perform diagnostics on Fanuc and Siemens controls, and drive continuous improvements to reduce downtime and ensure parts meet spec. The role requires flexibility for varying shifts and a strong focus on safety and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 10–15 years CNC milling/lathe maintenance experience.
• 5 years experience with Fanuc, ABB or CNC pallet changer systems such as Erowa, Fastems, System 3R, Makino, Okuma.
• Knowledge of 220/480V power, predictive maintenance, ballbar calibration and vibration analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems.
• Diagnose, replace, and prevent equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform machine software updates and backups; compare files for diagnostics.
• Develop training material and mentor junior technicians.
• Follow safety, ISO procedures and 5S standards.
