Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance on CNC milling equipment or 5 years CNC milling repair experience.
• Control experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and other PLCs preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and MS Office tools.
• Dependable, adaptable and able to shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components on CNC mills.
• Identify parts for repair and perform immediate maintenance to restore production.
• Perform spindle replacements and machine alignment checks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and enhance maintenance programs.
• Log parts usage, follow safety practices, and support cross-functional teams.
• Mentor less senior technicians and participate in Continuous Improvement.
