ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Iowa is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and optimize tooling from concept to production, collaborating with engineering to improve processes.

Qualified candidates have strong CAD/CAM skills (Mastercam preferred), blueprint reading, and a track record in multi-axis machining and foundry tooling. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or CNC certification is preferred.

Formación

• 5 years of advanced manufacturing experience.
• 3 years of verifiable CAM programming experience.
• Associate degree or CNC certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of advanced manufacturing experience with 3+ years CAM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineers and CAD technicians to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code for CNC machining operations.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce precision components.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Mentor and train Tooling Center machinists and team members.
• Support continuous improvement and new technology adoption.
