Job summary

Your Talent Team in Iowa seeks an experienced CNC Programmer for precision manufacturing. You will collaborate with engineering, generate Mastercam G-code, and program CNC machines to produce precision tooling from concept to completion.

You will support tooling production, design fixtures, manage the tool library, and optimize speeds and feeds in a fast-paced environment. Strong blueprint reading and CAM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in advanced manufacturing.
• Only CAM programming experience required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code for CNC operations.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce precision components.
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Mentor Tooling Center machinists and share knowledge.
