Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision-focused manufacturing team in Oskaloosa, IA. You will collaborate with engineering to optimize tooling production from concept through completion, using Mastercam to generate G-code and to set up CNC machines for production runs.

You will interpret blueprints, fixtures, and drawings, mentor machinists, and actively contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of advanced manufacturing experience required.
• 3 years CAM programming experience required.
• Associate’s degree or CNC machining certification preferred.
• 5+ years of advanced manufacturing experience with 3+ years CAM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with engineers and CAD technicians to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code programs for CNC operations.
• Design work-holding fixtures or select appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain a tooling library database.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers and micrometers.
• Mentor and train machinists within the tooling center.
• Identify process improvements and new technology opportunities.
