Job summary

FAIR-RITE PRODUCTS CORP on 1st shift is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator/Tool Maker. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, in Wallkill, NY. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include programming with Vision and CMM, writing CNC programs, tools/fixtures development, and ensuring tight tolerances. Full benefits included, with 401(k) and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Proficient with CAD/CAM software and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Program complex parts in Vision System.
• Program complex parts in the CMM.
• Write CNC programs and troubleshoot software issues.
• Develop cutting tools and fixtures for CNCs.
• Run/setup CNCs and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain tolerances of ±0.00025 inches or better.
• Assist toolmakers and lead by example.
