Job summary

QuickPro Staffing is hiring a Senior CNC Programmer for a Cincinnati-area manufacturing company in Harrison, Ohio. You will program CNC mills and lathes, read and edit Fanuc M and G code, and use Mastercam daily to keep jobs on schedule.

Lead on the floor, partner with Operators, Quality, and Engineering, and mentor junior staff. A strong background in Solid Edge, GD&T, and multi-axis machining is required, with a track record of improving cycle times.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Strong knowledge of cutter technology for machining and turning.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Experience building and modifying operation sequences from blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills and lathes for low- and high-volume jobs.
• Read, interpret, edit, and troubleshoot Fanuc M and G code.
• Use Mastercam daily to generate and optimize programs.
• Reprocess and reprogram parts to keep jobs on schedule.
• Reduce setup times and optimize cycle times on the floor.
• Collaborate with Engineering on machining challenges and DFMs.
• Support first-run programs alongside operators.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the team.
