Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer in Andrews, SC to lead the machining department. You will program, set up, and operate CNC finishing equipment to manufacture components from various materials.

You will collaborate with maintenance, operators, and QA teams; read drawings and CAD models; and develop templates for ongoing production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CAD software, blueprint reading, and CNC programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for a variety of production requirements and materials.
• Read, interpret, and create technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models according to production specifications.
• Collaborate with management, maintenance personnel, machine operators, and quality assurance teams to resolve machining issues.
• Design and fabricate prototype components and tooling as required.
• Create and maintain machining templates and programs for ongoing production needs.
