Job summary

ENVE Composites LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to set up and run complex machining operations. You will develop programs with Mastercam, verify them on Haas/Fadal/Hyundai-Kia/Fanuc/Kira machines, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing and programming, proficiency with CNC controllers, blueprints, and hand tools. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration on-site in Utah.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years' programming experience.
• Experience with CNC controllers and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to use computer/tablet/keyboard.
• Experience using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Create new CNC programs for new and existing products using Mastercam.
• Set up and verify programs including tool offsets and batch execution, monitor tool wear and adjust offsets.
• Set up and perform operations with close tolerance on standardized parts and monitor feed/speed.
• Use gauges, torque tools and measuring devices to ensure parts meet specs.
• Conduct pre/post inspection and perform preventive maintenance.
