Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC/machine tools.
• Ability to create CNC programs.
• Proficiency with mechanical drawings and tolerances.
• Background with military systems preferred.
• Security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, CAD/CAM files to guide fabrication.
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and manual machine tools.
• Create CNC programs and verify part accuracy.
• Inspect parts to ensure drawing conformity.
• Support engineers across integration projects.
• Work 8-5 Central; travel may be required.
