3-Dimensional Services Group in Lapeer, Michigan is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for 3-,4-, and 5-axis CNC machining centers. The role involves interpreting drawings, selecting tools, and ensuring dimensional accuracy across precision parts.

You will set up and operate machines, monitor operations, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve efficiency and maintain high quality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Create and refine CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and mill-turn equipment.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, performing drilling, milling, turning and grinding as needed.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine machine settings.
• Monitor operations and adjust programs to prevent out-of-tolerance parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep accurate production records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and ensure conformance to specs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
