Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience CNC programming
• 5+ years of CNC machining & programming experience
• Proficient programming using G-code and Mazatrol
• Must be eligible to access export‑controlled information
• US work authorization; relocation not available

Responsibilities

• Utilize G-Code, Mazatrol, and conversational methods to develop and modify CNC programs for lathes, mills and multi‑axis machines
• Develop setup documents, tooling packages, and programming instructions
• Create fixtures and workholding to improve efficiency and manufacturability
• Collaborate with machinists during prove-out and CI initiatives
• Analyze and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle times
• Maintain detailed manufacturing documentation
• Support Manufacturing Engineering in new/updated processes
• Use precision inspection and QC practices to verify machining accuracy
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, integrity and customer-focused performance
• Work well independently and in a team environment
