Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer with strong 4-axis/5-axis milling and CNC programming experience for complex machining applications.

The role requires 5+ years in 4-axis/5-axis milling, proficiency in Siemens NX / NX CAM and Teamcenter, and a solid background in GD&T, tooling, CMM inspection, and process development. Aerospace/manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 4-axis/5-axis milling manufacturing experience.
• Strong CNC programming experience.
• Siemens NX / NX CAM and Teamcenter.
• Experience with complex multi-axis milling.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling and fixturing.
• Experience with manufacturing/process development and shop-floor support.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CMM inspection, process troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Aerospace, turbine, airfoil, vane, engine or power-generation manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Engineering degree in a related discipline.
