Job summary
Synstack Technologies is seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer with strong 4-axis/5-axis milling and CNC programming experience for complex machining applications.
The role requires 5+ years in 4-axis/5-axis milling, proficiency in Siemens NX / NX CAM and Teamcenter, and a solid background in GD&T, tooling, CMM inspection, and process development. Aerospace/manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications

- Strong CNC programming experience.
- Siemens NX / NX CAM and Teamcenter.
- Experience with complex multi-axis milling.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling and fixturing.
- Experience with manufacturing/process development and shop-floor support.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with CMM inspection, process troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Aerospace, turbine, airfoil, vane, engine or power-generation manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Engineering degree in a related discipline.
