Job summary

Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines. You will develop and verify CNC programs, interpret drawings with GD&T, and optimize toolpaths for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include training setup operators, producing prototypes, inspecting parts with precision tools, and maintaining equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years advanced CNC machining experience.
• Conversational programming or offline CAM software.
• Ability to determine reference points, toolpaths, and hole locations.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines (Haas, Mori, Doosan, Puma).
• Develop, verify, and maintain CNC programs including G-code.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to optimize toolpaths, feeds, and speeds.
• Use CAD/CAM to create programs and models from 2D drawings.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve dimensional issues.
• Train setup operators in machine setup, tooling, and quality inspection.
• Produce prototypes and sample parts as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and demonstrate company core values.
