Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with Fanuc M and G codes and multi-axis programming.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills and lathes for low- and high-volume production.
• Read, edit, and troubleshoot Fanuc M & G codes.
• Reprocess and adapt programs for different machines to maintain output.
• Improve machining processes, reduce setup times, and optimize cycle times.
• Develop improved machining practices and support DFMs with Engineering.
• Assist first-run programs with operators to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to teammates.
