Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer to join its manufacturing operations in Wisconsin. You will develop, maintain, and improve CNC programs and setup documentation for high-volume production, optimizing methods, tooling, and workflows to maximize efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is preferred.
3-5 years of CNC programming or machining experience in high-volume manufacturing.
Experience supporting multiple CNC platforms and facilities.
Experience with CAD/CAM, CNC nesting software, and manufacturing databases.
Strong CNC programming and machining process knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve CNC programs and setup documentation for manufacturing operations.
Determine optimal machining methods, machine assignments, tooling selections, and production workflows to maximize efficiency.
Partner with CNC operators, supervisors, engineers, and manufacturing leadership to resolve production issues and improve performance.
Analyze raw material utilization, including foam buns, boards, fiber, and other materials, to maximize yield and minimize waste.
Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, maintenance, and facility teams to develop prototypes, sample parts, fixtures, signage, and special projects.
