Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced CNC/Manufacturing Engineer in Wisconsin to develop and optimize CNC programs, tooling selections, and workflows for high-volume production. You will work with operators and engineers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

The role focuses on process optimization, material utilization, and cross‑functional collaboration on prototypes and projects, supporting manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
3–5 years of CNC programming or machining experience in high‑volume manufacturing.
Experience with multiple CNC platforms and CAD/CAM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve CNC programs and setup docs.
Determine machining methods, tooling, and production workflows for efficiency.
Collaborate with operators, supervisors, engineers, and leadership to resolve issues.
Analyze material utilization to maximize yield and minimize waste.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on prototypes and fixtures.
