Top Echelon Software LLC seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision-focused manufacturing team. You will support tooling production from concept through completion and collaborate with engineering to optimize processes.

Responsibilities include Mastercam G-code generation, machine setup, blueprint interpretation, and mentoring tooling center machinists in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC programming experience and be able to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam strongly preferred) and CAM programming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to precision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and CAD technicians to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code for CNC operations.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Mentor Tooling Center machinists and share knowledge.
