Qualifications

• Senior CNC programmer with 7–10+ years in subtractive manufacturing.
• Expertise in 3-, 4-, 5-axis CAM programming and multi‑axis setups.
• Ability to read complex drawings and perform GD&T analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize CNC programs for complex parts.
• Lead process development for NPI and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Eng, Quality, Ops, and Supply Chain across programs.
• Mentor CNC Programmer I & II and machinists on best practices.
