You will mentor machinists, support setups, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives while ensuring component quality and compliance with engineering specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining with mills, lathes, and Swiss/screw machines.
• 5+ years CNC programming with SolidCAM/SolidWorks or similar CAD/CAM.
• Proven 5-axis machining experience.
• Strong G-code knowledge, toolpaths, feeds/speeds, and fixture design.
• Experience leading or mentoring machining staff.
• Proficiency in precision measurement and inspection.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and Swiss machines.
• Design fixtures and tooling for new and existing products.
• Lead machining operations and mentor machinists.
• Support setup, first-piece inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
