Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of CNC programming experience for metals.
• Minimum of 15 years using Mastercam for 3‑ to 5‑axis aerospace parts and fixtures.
• Thorough understanding of g-code for machining operations.
• Ability to read models, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC parts using Mastercam for 3‑, 4‑ and 5‑axis machines.
• Provide guidance on design for manufacturability, equipment and part setup, and part processing.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure adherence to lab guidelines and safety.
