You will work with power mill CAM software to create efficient toolpaths, analyze drawings, and mentor others on best practices in a collaborative, high‑precision environment. This full‑time, first‑shift role offers a pay rate of $42.00–$56.00 per hour and opportunities to tackle complex aerospace, defense, and energy components with state‑of‑the‑art

Qualifications

• CNC programming experience on 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
• Experience with CAM software; PowerMill preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for complex 3-axis and 5-axis machining operations using PowerMill CAM software.
• Develop efficient machining strategies that maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
• Analyze engineering drawings, GD&T, models, and customer specifications.
• Select tooling, workholding, cutting strategies, and machining parameters.
• Collaborate with machinists, operators, engineers, and teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and continuously improve existing programs; support prototypes and new product launches.
• Mentor junior programmers and machinists; drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
