Qualifications

• Two+ years CNC programming experience.
• Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers.
• PowerMill CAM experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for 3- and 5-axis machining.
• Analyze drawings, GD&T, models, and specs.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes.
• Mentor programmers and operators.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
