Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming.

• Ability to read customer drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design NC programs for sheet metal, extrusion, forging and casting related products, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis parts.
• Display expertise in 4-axis horizontal machining programming.
• Plan CNC operation details and provide setup documentation.
• Validate NC programs with verification software before production.
• Troubleshoot programming and production issues and maintain master files.
