Job summary

Sigma Design, located in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a CNC Programmer III to lead programming for high-value jobs and develop advanced CNC programs. You will drive CAM standards and collaborate with engineers across the shop floor.

The in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Proficiency in Mastercam and hyperMILL, plus strong GD&T and materials knowledge, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 3-/4-/5-axis CNC milling and complex programming.
• Expert in CAM software platforms (Mastercam, hyperMILL, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, materials, and machining strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming for high-value jobs and develop advanced CNC programs.
• Drive programming standards, process improvements, and CAM innovation across the shop.
