Action Tool & Machine, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe programmer and operator to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to quality parts.

You will program, set up, and verify parts to blueprints using G-Code and Mastercam, maintain equipment, and uphold QA standards while working 40–50 hours weekly with competitive pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machinist or in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints or job orders and make minor adjustments.
• Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.

Action Tool & Machine is currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe programmer and operator with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced self-motivated individual. This is a 1st shift position working 40-50 hours a week.
