Job summary

Mach10 Solutions in Grove, OK, is seeking a dedicated Machining Supervisor to lead our CNC production team of about 20 operators. You will coach staff, enforce performance standards, and optimize workflows to meet customer delivery targets.

This salaried role requires coordinating across tool room, assembly, and maintenance, while driving continuous improvement, safety, and quality. The successful candidate will guide scheduling, training, and scaling efforts as the operation grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership roles.
• Proven track record supervising a CNC shop and 20 operators.
• Experience with CNC lathes, mills and 5-axis equipment.
• Strong blueprint interpretation and machining process knowledge.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CNC machining tasks with other departments.
• Lead production meetings and align daily/weekly goals.
• Manage schedules, priorities, and workforce planning.
• Coach and train staff for performance and safety.
• Drive quality, waste reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve production hurdles.
