Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC programmer to develop and optimize programs for mills and lathes. You will interpret GD&T requirements and create detailed work instructions to support production, while driving continuous improvement through process optimization.

The role involves tooling/workholding development, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with machinists to develop SOPs and address manufacturing issues, including tooling and fixture design using Catia V5.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with strong problem solving skills and engineering background.
• MASTERCAM is required.
• Some 3D CAD for tooling/fixture design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes.
• Interpret GD&T requirements.
• Create detailed work instructions to support production.
• Focus on continuous improvement through process optimization.
• Tooling/workholding development and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with machinists to develop SOPs and correct manufacturing issues.
