Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hands on experience in injection molding or ceramics manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies.
• Ability to work in a high throughput environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with Quality team to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
• Lead initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
