Job summary

You’ll read blueprints and CAD data, optimize tooling and feeds, perform maintenance, and mentor junior machinists in a fast-paced shop that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machining certificate or technical degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints.
• Sharp problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced shop.
• Proficiency with CNC machines and tooling for lathes and mills.
• Clear communication and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision components.
