Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to load, machine, inspect, and deburr parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines. You’ll maintain tight tolerances, follow procedures, and support new product development.

Candidates should have HS diploma and 10+ years of CNC experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong mentoring skills and commitment to safety. This on-site role offers growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: HS graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area / 5S standards.
• Follow documented operator procedures such as work instructions, inspection plans and check sheets, and posted operator notes.
• Runs multiple CNC jobs dealing with complex parts.
• Loads, unloads, and inspects parts being machined while maintaining target hourly production rates.
• Maintains dimensional tolerances as tight as ±.0003”.
• Mentor and develop less experienced CNC operators.
• Other duties as needed.
