Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist III in West Palm Beach to produce high-precision machined parts. You will operate, set up, and potentially program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes, reading drawings and maintaining OOQ standards.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC experience, strong math skills, and a safety-first mindset. You will contribute to continuous improvement, document procedures, and collaborate with engineering on fixtures and tooling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associates or technical certificate preferred for tooling and machining.
• UK GCSE/NVQ maths and English is desirable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Lathes and Wire EDMs within tolerances.
• Read blueprints and specifications; ensure OOQ quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and record activities on the job tracking system.
• Propose new setups, adjust offsets, and improve tooling as needed.
• Maintain safety, document procedures, and support continuous improvement.
