Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Mastercam experience, preferably Mastercam 2026.
• Fluency with Haas and Fanuc controls for direct setup and programming.
• Ability to create macro programs, optimize feeds and speeds, and design robust processes.

Responsibilities

• Mastercam CAM programming for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis parts.
• Lead process engineering, dry runs, and part prove-outs.
• Design and select fixtures and tooling with SolidWorks/CAD.
• Interpret GD&T and ASME Y14.5 drawings to plan sequences.
• Analyze G-code, cycles, and toolpaths to maximize spindle utilization.
• Provide shop-floor mentorship and troubleshooting for Haas/Fanuc equipment.
