Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks an experienced Experienced CNC 5-Axis Programmer to join our team. You will write programs for our CNC department, reading engineering prints with GD&T, and coordinating multiple projects in a hands-on environment.

Proficiency in Mastercam for 3- to 5-axis milling, fixture development, and proper speeds/feeds selection is required. Siemens control experience and CamPlete verification tools are preferred. This is an on-site, hourly position with a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC programming with 5-axis capability.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience setting up and optimizing fixtures and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Program 3, 4 and 5 axis mills using Mastercam.
• Read prints and GD&T to ensure parts meet spec.
• Develop workholding fixtures and select speeds/feeds.
• Read and interpret G-code and coordinate production schedules.
• Collaborate with team to maintain flow on high mix, low volume work.
• Utilize Siemens controls and CamPlete verification tools.
