100Hires, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician in Sedalia, Missouri. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, machining centers, and robotics to maximize uptime.

You will diagnose issues across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and software domains, and update maintenance records in CMMS to support production continuity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CNC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and electrical test equipment.
• Proficient in performing preventative maintenance and updating CMMS records.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, machining centers, and robotics.
• Install and calibrate machine tool equipment and control systems.
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and software issues using schematics and manuals.
• Perform machine alignments using laser, mechanical, and electronic methods.
• Generate maintenance updates and reports in the CMMS system.
