Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned CNC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and prevent failures on multi-axis milling and turning equipment.

You’ll program, troubleshoot, and tune CNC/PLC controls, lead predictive maintenance initiatives, and drive uptime through CI and reliability upgrades. You’ll work hands-on with Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, and other controls, perform precision alignments, instrument calibrations, and maintain CMMS records while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 7+ years in CNC maintenance.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and control systems knowledge.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and prevent failures on CNC assets.
