Qualifications

• 5+ years as CNC machinist in a fast-paced shop.
• Proficient in CAM programming and manual equipment.
• Fluent with GD&T, shop drawings and inspection gauges.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines from start to finish, including CAM programming.
• Interpret drawings and select machine tools, workholding and inspection equipment.
• Operate manual metal cutting machinery (knee mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.).
• Inspect finished and in-process parts with calipers, micrometers and gauges; work with QC as needed.
• Communicate with shop, QC and engineering teams; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
