Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the machining process—from setup through final inspection—on CNC and manual equipment.
• Translate engineering drawings and specifications into machining strategies and setups.
• Monitor operations, verify in-process dimensions, and fine-tune parameters to hold tolerance.
• Conduct routine machine care to keep equipment reliable and ready.
• Partner with teammates to problem-solve tooling, fixturing, and process issues.
• Capture setup details and production data with clear, accurate records.
