Job summary

ITT Inc. in Colorado is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills with limited supervision. You will read blueprints, select tools, verify dimensions, and participate in continuous improvement.

This on-site role requires 5-7 years of machining experience, strong math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work in a safety‑conscious environment and contribute to high‑quality critical components for flow, aerospace and defense markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5-7 years machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and standards.
• Strong math, algebra, and geometry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Studies blueprints and specs to understand dimensions and tolerances.
• Sets up and operates CNC lathes, mills and manual machines.
• Verifies machine settings and tolerances; participates in safety and process improvements.
• May train other machinists and assist with quality checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
