Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a highly skilled CNC Technician IV to join our Austin, TX manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-precision CNC equipment, reading blueprints and GD&T to meet stringent specs for semiconductor components.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CNC machining, strong tooling and process knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Haas, Fanuc, or Siemens controls.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP manufacturing systems.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, lathes.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Select and adjust tooling to meet tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior CNC Technicians and Operators.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Maintain production and maintenance records.
