Twin City Die Castings is seeking a skilled CNC Technician / CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Minnesota. This hands-on role focuses on machine setup, programming adjustments, tooling optimization, and precision machining of high-quality components.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years CNC experience, can read blueprints, and perform inspections with precision measuring tools. Join an employee-owned environment with strong safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate in Machining Technology, CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down CNC machining centers and other production equipment using approved processes.
• Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components meeting quality and productivity requirements.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, fixture adjustments, and machine calibrations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T specifications, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
