Twin City Die Castings, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Technician / CNC Machinist to join our machining team. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, troubleshoot issues, adjust programs, and work with engineering to improve processes. Strong measurement skills and GD&T knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Machining Technology or related field.
• 2–3 years CNC machining experience required.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down CNC machining centers using approved processes.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce precise components meeting specs.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and calibrations; inspect first-piece and in-process parts.
• Read drawings and GD&T, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues, edit programs, and support continuous improvement.
