Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in high-precision machining and mid/high-volume production.
Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD files.
Experience with CNC programming and setting up automation.
Familiarity with fixture design and toolpath optimization.
Strong focus on tolerances, quality, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Manufacture high-precision components for humanoid robots and actuators.
Support transition from prototype production to scalable manufacturing with consistent parts.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to refine designs and processes.
Design and implement automated machining and handling as mass production scales.
Maintain and operate advanced machining tools to meet tight tolerances.
Enable internal production of custom components to reduce lead times.
Contribute to design and setup of high-throughput manufacturing lines.
